HISTORY OR MYTH - WHO SHOULD APOLOGIES ?

Good morning! Yesterday, wasn't a happy day for my dear Krobos due to that line in Sarkodie's rap re-echoing a 'statement' purported to have been uttered by Komfo Anokye, the Chief priest of the Ashanti Kingdom.
Seriously to be cursed with promiscuity is the last thing anyone would expect. Such form of historical or tribal myth is something we all as one nation should avoid from growing into the minds of the next generation after us. With much respect, I am glad a lot of people which even involves most of the tribes in the Akan ethnic group have been debunking that claims. Awesome on our part.
However, those campaigning with the hashtag #Sarkodieshouldapologize, are you all ok? You all need to take several steps back and sit your ass down! I really don't know your agenda. The same goes for some fans of certain artistes. Look at them!
Whether Sarkodie (because he is a celebrity?) apologizes or not this won't change, although I hope he does. Why do I say this? I don't even know. The truth of the matter is Sarkodie is not the only culprit, everyone is. We allowed ourselves to let this preposterous claim escalate. This could have been avoided years ago before we all were born.
No offense to any tribe but the Ashantis should apologize. Was Komfo Anokye not your chief priest? Whether myth or not, we only got to know this because it spread out from the kingdom. The same way the Krobos must also apologize. What if those girls 'cursed' (still not substantiated) actually told their community about it and gradually it metastasized. Or, maybe, someone from another tribe after eating, sat down to formulate such despicable statement? Was that person a Fante, Denkyira, Bono, Ewe, Ga, or even Krobo or Ashanti? Everyone must apologize. Unfortunately every single person is at fault.
But what I find it difficult to understand is people making mountain out of a molehill. They say it is SENSITIVE. Oh yes! Truly it is! But in tackling this we MUST also correct every stereotype attached to other tribes in Ghana. I just need one person on social media and in Ghana who has not spoken ill of another tribe. They call it 'troll'. Oh wait! Those ones are not stereotypical? It's not demeaning?
We laugh at Ewes, Akans, Northerners and what have we. And if we are going to purge ourselves from the Krobos' then the same must apply to the rest. Everyone of those issues is SENSITIVE. You know the best option? Every single soul must glue his/her lips as well as cut the hands so they don't offend any tribe.
In all let us ignore these barbaric claims of Krobos being cursed.
I AM FANTE and everything said about my tribe whether good or bad will be and is sensitive, thus my anger because I haven't eaten.

Major Mahama - Kumawood

There is an ongoing campaign against Kumasi based filmmakers admonishing them NOT to make any film about Major Maxwell Adam Mahama. This campaign also has arguably, the best actress in Ghana, Nana Ama Mcbrown's voice in it when she was interviewd by TV3 at the funeral of the late military man. She said "I am pleading with every producer in Kumasi to respect him/herself not to make any movie out the sad event. Even if they are going to use it as a story, they shouldn't tell it as it is" One post on social media which startled me was "Herhh Kumawood! Don't even think about any Major Maxwell Mahama amanehunu 1,2,3 and nonsense biaa oo. Yoo! Shit ain't funny!" Does it mean Kumasi based filmmakers glorify themselves in tragedy? CHRISTIANS AND THEM

There are roughly 4,200 religions in the world and as to which one is the true religion no one knows aside the Creator of the world. History tells me that my forefathers were not Christians. In their part of the world, they never had any idea about it. They had their own religion but as to whether they were satisfied with the norms and practices to the extent of living a peaceful life, only they can tell. Some people from the western part of the world wearing different skin color as if they have fallen into fire brought it. Aside stealing from my forefathers, they imposed it on them and through it, my forefathers were brutalized and abused.
